After 17 years in our home we were ready to downsize and follow our dreams.

A Yep. We will work around your tenants to come see the property and we can take care of any issues regarding late payments, damages or difficult tenants. You have nothing to worry about once we close.

Q Do I have to evict tenants?

A Nope. We will handle everything with the tenants once we close. We will manage their move out and clean up once they are gone.

Q Do you require inspections or repairs?

A No. We don’t require inspections and we take any necessary repairs or clean up needed into account before making our offer, so no surprises for you just before closing.

Q Do you buy properties that are under construction?

A We will! We will buy your property whether it is halfway there or just the studs. Or if it needs all the work.

Q Do I have to be present for the walkthrough or closing?
