After being left with extensive repairs from previous tenants, we decided to sell our property rather than dump a ton of money into it.
We went into the sale with very real expectations about what we would get. Michael Ruwwe was very open with us throughout the whole process about value of the property and what their company could offer. Once we decided to go through with the deal, everything happened very quickly. Since we dealt directly with them, we paid no closing costs, fees, or commissions. I was out of state and they even paid for a mobile notary to come so I could sign the paperwork. I feel like those who have commented about "low-balling" went in with unrealistic expectations. If you're honest with yourself about what cash price you want for your property and you want a quick, painless process...these guys are a good option.
